Department of Chemistry, Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, Universitas Gadjah Mada, Yogyakarta in collaboration with Japan Society of Ion Exchange and Indonesian Chemical Society (Yogyakarta Branch) organize the 7th International Conference on Ion Exchange (ICIE) 2018 on September 10-13, 2018. The conference has aims to stimulate and promote a mutual discussion and exchange the latest developments on the fundamental and applied studies of the following topics:
- Adsorption
- Ion exchange
- Solvent extraction and separation
- Catalysis
- Sensor
- Novel application in water purification, environmental remediation, etc.
All participants (oral and poster sessions) are requested to submit a one-page English written abstract via website http://icie.ugm.ac.id no later than February 18th, 2018. Papers submitted no later than March 31st, 2018 and presented at ICIE 2018 will be published in either a regular issue of Indonesian Journal of Chemistry (indexed by Scopus and published by Department of Chemistry, UGM) or Journal of Ion Exchange (published by Japan Society of Ion Exchange).
